We build chain link backstops for baseball and softball fields at schools, parks, churches and league facilities in Scottsdale and the nearby cities. Ball is played here in every season except the hottest weeks of summer.
Each backstop is sized to the field and the level of play. It has heavy posts, framed panels, an overhang where foul balls need to be stopped, and often wing fencing down the baselines and around dugouts.
Tall structures take wind, and summer dust storms bring plenty. Footings are sized for the height, and we check for irrigation mains under the infield edge before drilling.
Backstops in Scottsdale: common questions
Can you repair a bent backstop?
Yes. Fabric, rails and individual posts can be replaced without rebuilding the whole frame.
Do you build dugout and outfield fencing too?
Yes. We can fence the whole field or only the backstop.
Is padding or netting included?
We quote it as a separate line if you want it.
