We set up temporary panel fencing for construction sites, remodels, pool builds and events in Scottsdale. Custom home sites in the north and tear-down rebuilds in the south both need the lot secured for months at a time.
Panels stand on weighted bases, so nothing has to be dug. Add privacy screen and the wind load rises sharply, and during monsoon season we add sandbags or bracing so panels do not end up in the street. Vehicle and walk gates are set where your trades need them.
A pool under construction is a special case. An open excavation or a filled pool with no permanent barrier has to be kept closed off, and temporary panels are how that is usually done until the final fence passes inspection. Tell us the length, the dates and whether screen is required.
Temporary fencing in Scottsdale: common questions
Do you deliver and remove the panels?
Yes. We set up on your start date, adjust if the site changes, and take everything away at the end.
Can temporary fence stand on a slope or rock?
Yes. Bases sit on the surface. On steep or uneven ground we add bracing.
Do I need screen on a construction fence?
Some associations and site plans ask for it. Screen needs extra weight in monsoon season, and we plan for that.
