We build court enclosures for tennis and pickleball at homes, resorts, clubs and community parks around Scottsdale. Pickleball has driven a lot of recent requests, both new courts and conversions of older tennis courts.
A court fence is tall chain link on heavy posts, usually vinyl-coated in black or green, with walk gates and optional windscreen. Windscreen is the detail that fails in a monsoon if the frame is undersized, so we size posts and footings for it from the start.
A fence this tall is well above ordinary residential wall heights, so the city reviews it, and court lighting is regulated separately. Associations usually have a say as well. We sort out the approvals before the posts are ordered.
Tennis court fencing in Scottsdale: common questions
How tall is a court fence?
Tennis enclosures are commonly around 10 feet. Pickleball courts are often lower. The city and your association decide what is allowed on your lot.
Can you re-fence an old court?
Yes. We can replace fabric and windscreen on sound posts or rebuild the whole enclosure.
Do you divide a tennis court for pickleball?
We can add low divider fencing and gates between courts.
